I feel like this page will explain a lot about Nick's whole ... everything.

I'm (somehow!) starting to get ahead on things, so hopefully EvAb will return to its twice-weekly schedule soon!

Have a great week, everyone! We'll be back here on Monday!

In the immortal words of Quentin Tarantino's character from Four Rooms, "I'm going all the way around the world on this but I am coming to a point." :P

Nice linework - clean, elegant, to the point!

Drawn in by her light
A brief day shone bright
My poison was that faint hope
Now I'm broke, just can't cope

Exchange the broken parts to pay your fee
Down into the depths I will now flee

Don't pity me.

.... may I use this for something later, Theeds? That's quite poignant. >_>

It would be my honor if you did.

Now that's a level of desperate I hope I never hit.
Zomburai 3rd Aug 2015, 6:12 PM edit delete reply
It's horrible. I myself have only hit that level of desperation once in my life, and it led to be being banned from the Olive Garden in Billings, MT.

I've actually been in that restaurant. That's a story I'd like to hear sometime. ^^
Zomburai 4th Aug 2015, 6:11 AM edit delete reply
... okay, I don't actually have a story. I was just trying to be funny. Damn!

Are you a fellow Montanan, too, Delta?
Delta-v 4th Aug 2015, 2:25 PM edit delete reply
Yep. I guess that explains both our worldviews. ^^ And I didn't mean to out you--being banned from somewhere is no big deal for a Montanan. :)
Zomburai 4th Aug 2015, 7:04 PM edit delete reply
Pfft, I've never hidden that :P

And yeah, more than a few people in my old stomping grounds have gotten perma-bans from places... sometimes three or four times ...
Delta-v 3rd Aug 2015, 10:14 PM edit delete reply
That does explain a lot.

I see the upside to the bargain, I see a lot of stuff that's probably downside, and a lot of stuff I can't classify, but may just be Nick being Nick. It's going to be interesting watching all this stuff sort out. O.o
Zomburai 4th Aug 2015, 6:14 AM edit delete reply
There probably wasn't that much upside, considering the deal was with an (the?) embodiment of all evil in Christian faith, but when you're desperate ...
KarToon12 4th Aug 2015, 3:28 PM edit delete reply
Apparently, you've never read or seen Ghost Rider, Nick. Making deals with demons are NEVER a good idea! D:
Zomburai 4th Aug 2015, 7:05 PM edit delete reply
The first issue of Ghost Rider has been out by now, too! Nick has no damn excuse!! :P
