Oh, Russell. Talking shit to superior officers is probably not the best move you've ever made. It's probably right up there with charging the brain monster.

And, yes, I know that having the American flag pinned up on the wall is a violation of the Flag Code (which Colonel Mulholland would be required to follow), but a)that wall needed something to make the room more interesting, and 2)I wasn't giving up the visual symbolism tricks by removing it. So.

Yikes! Those last couple speech bubbles are confusing. But I did figure it out, and I don't have suggestions for how to fix it without adding more panels. That's just a tough one!

I would think a superior would be kinda' proud to find a soldier that actually thinks about the situation first and doesn't just blindly follow orders. Someone once said, "I like a soldier who knows when to NOT follow orders."
